Where We Operate
Texas Commercial Irrigation Service Areas
We maintain active field operations in four major Texas metros, with local technicians and equipment in each market.
Houston, Texas
Texas's largest city and one of the most demanding markets for commercial irrigation. High humidity, clay soils, extreme summer heat, and sprawling commercial development make 2-wire systems the standard for any large-scale property.
Property Types We Serve
- Medical center campuses
- Office park complexes
- HOA communities
- Sports facilities
- Apartment communities
Dallas, Texas
A market defined by large corporate campuses, mixed-use developments, and some of the most expansive commercial real estate in the country. Dallas soil conditions and summer heat stress require systems designed for precision and durability.
Property Types We Serve
- Corporate headquarters
- Mixed-use developments

Fort Worth, Texas
Fort Worth's blend of municipal, industrial, educational, and commercial properties presents a unique range of irrigation challenges. We serve FTW properties from Downtown to the Alliance Corridor.
Property Types We Serve

San Antonio, Texas
The Edwards Aquifer Authority's stage restrictions and strict water conservation mandates make 2-wire systems essential for large commercial properties in San Antonio. We understand the regulatory environment and design systems that comply.

Service Areas FAQs
Questions about where we work and how we serve properties across Texas.
Our primary markets are Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, and San Antonio — the four largest cities in Texas. These markets represent the large majority of commercial 2-wire irrigation work in the state. We evaluate projects outside these markets on a case-by-case basis. If your property is in Austin, Corpus Christi, El Paso, or another Texas city, call us and we'll assess whether the scope warrants travel.
We have field teams based locally in each market. Our Houston team doesn't travel to Dallas for service calls, and vice versa. Local teams mean faster response times, better knowledge of local soil conditions and water district requirements, and lower travel costs passed to clients.
Yes. Multi-property service contracts are common for property management companies, HOAs with scattered communities, and corporate real estate portfolios. We structure these agreements to cover all properties under a single contract with consolidated reporting and invoicing, and we coordinate across our city-based teams to serve each property with a local technician.
We focus on commercial irrigation at scale — generally, properties with 50 or more irrigation zones. Below this threshold, the specialized equipment and expertise we bring is hard to justify economically relative to general irrigation contractors who serve that segment. If you're unsure whether your property qualifies, call us and describe the scope.
Our specialty is commercial landscape irrigation for developed commercial properties — office parks, campuses, golf courses, HOAs, and similar. We don't work on agricultural irrigation or row-crop applications. Rural commercial properties (resorts, large private grounds, etc.) within a reasonable distance of our four markets are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Call our main line at (832) 555-0192 or submit a request through our contact form. Initial consultations are free. We'll gather basic information about your property — location, approximate zone count, current system type, and what's driving the inquiry — and schedule a site visit with the appropriate field team for your location.
